SERVICES PROVIDED
Our inpatient program provides mental health care in a comfortable and safe environment. The program addresses the specific needs of senior adults who are experiencing mental status changes which are impacting their safety and level of functioning.
A psychiatrist oversees all program services and treatment. Unit activities include daily group sessions with the social worker, recreation therapist, and nursing staff. We recognize the importance of family and request the involvement of family members and other support persons in the development of appropriate treatment goals and discharge plans.
WHO MIGHT BENEFIT FROM INPATIENT TREATMENT?
Anyone who is having difficulty coping with life changes or losses such as: significant decline in self-care, inability to perform activities of daily living, the death of a loved one, declining health, isolation, lack of interest in previously enjoyed activities, loneliness, or inability to work.

COST Our services are usually covered by Medicare and Medicaid as well as most insurance plans.
