Paris Regional Medical Center’s PrimeTime Senior Activity Center has been awarded the Lamar County 2008 Volunteer Station of the Year.
PrimeTime received its award at the recent Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) annual award banquet. The Station of the Year award is presented annually to a deserving non-profit organization or public agency that utilizes RSVP volunteers.
The local chapter of RSVP includes a total of 861 senior volunteers and 88 stations from Delta, Hopkins, Red River and Lamar counties. In Lamar County alone, there are 65 volunteer stations and 558 senior volunteers—200 of the 558 volunteer for Paris Regional Medical Center.
