PRMC ANNOUNCES SUMMER BOOT CAMP |

Bored by your current workout routine? Paris Regional Medical Center’s Wellness Centers are proud to announce Boot Camp IV, one of the Centers’ most popular fitness courses.
Boot Camp 2008 starts Monday, June 16, at exactly 6:00 a.m. Classes are held at RACE and Aerofit every Monday and Wednesday for a total of 10 sessions, ending on July 16. Each class is one hour in length.
When asked why they love it, here are some of the comments from participants:

• “Even though I could not do every part of it, I made the best effort and the instructors and other campers would not let me give up on myself.”
